We only ship to the United States from our US warehouse.
We offer free shipping for all orders.

2. Cruiser - 11ft Inflatable SUP

Including 1 x Stand up paddle board, 1 x Adjustable Paddle, 1 x Electric Air Pump, 1 x Slip-in Fin, 1 x Safety Foot Leash, 1 x Backpack, 1 x 20L Dry Bag, 1 x Repair Kit

3. Hapfan - 11ft Inflatable SUP

Including 1 x Stand up paddle board, 1 x Adjustable Paddle, 1 x High-Pressure Pump, 1 x Slip-in Fin, 1 x Safety Foot Leash, 1 x Backpack, 1 x 20L Dry Bag, 1 x Repair Kit

With every purchase comes a repair kit. Small punctures are easy to patch up with the included kit. Follow the below instructions:

› Inflate Paddle Board › Spread soapy water over the board

› The area with a leak will form bubbles from the soap

› Mark position of the hole

› Clean and deflate board

› Use sand paper to roughen area around hole as well as the bottom of the patch

› Apply glue and spread evenly to paddle board within the size of the patch

› Apply glue and spread evenly to back side of patch

› Wait 5 minutes for glue to get tacky

› Place patch on glue area of paddle board

› Press to get any air pockets out and to adhere the patch to board

› Clean any excess glue that may have seeped out of edges

› Wait at least 24 hours before using

You have a max of 30 days to make return or exchange. You must send back your package within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
Within 30 days for return or exchange by our products quality or mistaken delivery: We assume the full shipping fee and resend the new item to you. Within 30 days for return or exchange not by our mistake: In such a case, no matter the return for exchange or refund, all the shipping fees are at your costs.
Step 1 Please email us at support@valwix.net to request the return or exchange. Step 2 After receiving your return or exchange request, we will send you the return or exchange instructions and return or exchange address via email. Please follow the instruction for return or exchange. We would be very grateful if you could provide us the photos of the returned item. Step 3 After receiving your package, you will receive a refund within one week or have processed the exchange order. After processing the refund or exchange, we will send it to you via email. FYI: If your original payment method is a credit card, it will take longer (may take 1 or 2 weeks, depending on which CC company) to process the bank's refund.
